Join Us for the October Board of Managers Meeting at The Historic White Horse Inn

The Michigan Society of the Sons of the American Revolution is excited to announce that our next Board of Managers (BoM) meeting will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the historic White Horse Inn in Metamora, Michigan. We extend our gratitude to the Paul Emery Chapter for co-hosting and arranging this wonderful venue.

The White Horse Inn, originally established in 1850, promises not only a step back in time with its rich history as a general store, inn, and stagecoach stop but also offers a delightful dining experience with its classic yet adventurous cuisine. This meeting provides an excellent opportunity for fellowship in a venue that resonates with the historical spirit our society cherishes.

The day will begin at 10:15 AM with registration, accompanied by a selection of coffee, hot tea, water, and soft drinks, setting the stage for a productive gathering. Here’s a quick overview of the schedule:

  • 10:30 to 11:30 AM: Presidents’ Meeting
  • 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM: MISSAR Board of Managers Meeting
  • Noon to 12:45 PM: A delicious lunch will be served, with choices including Pot Roast, Orchard Salad, and Chicken Caesar Salad.
