This proclaims April 19th each year as Patriot's day in the State of Michigan.  Our hats are off, with a sincere "Thank You, for a job well done", to Compatriot and MISSAR President (at the time) Richard A. Steele.  Richard worked diligently with Representative Marc Shulman, District 39 Oakland County, to get this resolution enacted.
